We sell FACTORY DIRECT with FREE SHIPPING on ACCESSORIES with the purchase of a marked coop, run or package. We can only ship to the Continental U.S. (lower 48 States) with exceptions as noted below.
Our standard shipping via freight is CURBSIDE DELIVERY. This means that the item that you ordered would be delivered to the curbside and it is NOT the responsibility of the truck driver to unload or assemble your shipment, though our standard shipping does include liftgate service to unload your delivery from the truck. All standard shipping deliveries will include liftgate service unless we inform you otherwise. For large orders, liftgate service will not be available, in which case it will be entirely your responsibility to remove your items from the truck as the pallets will be too large. Your shipment will be heavy and may require 2 or more people to unload the shipment.
Most shipping companies will not deliver down a dirt road or on a dead-end road, so when they call, you will have to make arrangements to receive your order from a paved road or thru-street. The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a time of delivery. Typically, delivery will be scheduled during business hours Monday-Friday and they will provide you with a 2-5 hour window for delivery. It is very important that you keep your appointment and have the ability to remove your shipment on your own (if applicable). If you do not keep the appointment or cannot remove the shipment on your own, the trucking company will have to charge you for redelivery and may charge you additional storage fees. If a shipper shows up for your standard shipping delivery without a liftgate, please call us immediately at 1-801-621-4024.
Customers are REQUIRED to sign for all freight shipments. If in the event that the product being shipped appears to have been damaged in transit, please note this on the shipping receipt and tell the driver. If the product being shipped appears damaged more than cosmetically, it is in your best interest to refuse the shipment. Damage occurring during shipping is not our responsibility and in order to obtain reimbursement from the shipper, it must be noted at the time of delivery. If you do not note the damage or refuse delivery due to damage, the shipping company will not pay for the repairs and/or replacement. We will assist in any claim against the shipper noted on the shipping receipt or refused shipment. In the event you sign for the delivery as being in good condition and then find out your product is damaged, you will be fully responsible for filing and pursuing a claim against the shipping company. Please allow up to 7-15 business days to process your order. Lead times may vary based on current demand. If you have any questions about this, please call us. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipment--transit times will vary based on your location.
All kennels/coops/runs are banded together with steel banding to insure that your kennel/coop/run is not damaged during shipment. Due to the size of the kennels/coops/runs, (96" or 72" x 72") these must ship by Motor Freight (18 Wheeler, Semi Truck Delivery)
Large orders are shipped by Motor Freight (18 Wheeler, Semi Truck Delivery) on bulk skid packaging for easy handling via forklift for warehousing.
All returns will be made at the customer's expense. All returns are subject to pay all delivery costs associated with return of the kennel/coop/run plus a 15% restocking fee except in cases where the kennel/coop/run has been damaged during shipping and the damage has been noted on the shipping receipt. All custom kennels/coops/runs (i.e., custom-sized panels) are non-returnable and not covered by our standard warranty.
Please note that accessories cannot be returned as we don't charge shipping on those items. If a customer must return an accessory, the customer must pay the cost of return shipping.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
K9 Kennels reserves the right to cancel a product or service at any time at its discretion. K9 Kennels also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an online order due to error in list price, shipping calculation, or other problems not known to K9 Kennels when the order was placed. Furthermore, K9 Kennels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious or of significant risk to K9 Kennels regardless of payment method and price confirmation. The company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or client. In particular, K9 Kennels reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders from delinquent accounts, fraudulent, unscrupulous, nuisance, or unreasonable buyers, or when a potential conflict of interest arises.
K9 Kennels will not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or creed; and likewise, no organization representing or associated in the advocacy of these issues and rights will be discriminated against either. The company is an all inclusive organization which caters to everyone and strives to provide excellent service and products to all customers.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your Access to and Control Over Information

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page when purchasing.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
K9 Kennels, Inc. ("K9 Kennels") warrants all K9 Kennels animal enclosures (the "Product"), and only the Product, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWELVE MONTHS (365) days from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Under this Limited Warranty, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received by K9 Kennels within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, K9 Kennels will either (1) repair the Product at no charge at its facility, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product. In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States for Products sold in the United States.
A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or twelve months (365) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. When a Product or part of the Product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes K9 Kennels' property. Parts provided by K9 Kennels in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in Products for which warranty service is claimed.
Instructions to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by K9 Kennels. In accordance with applicable law, K9 Kennels may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. Exclusions and Limitations. This Limited Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for K9 Kennels that can be identified by the "K9 Kennels" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) K9 Kennels products and services other than the Product, (b) non-K9 Kennels hardware product, (c) consumables (such as enzymes), or (d) accessories, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the Product.
K9 Kennels is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's use or installation.
This warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g., to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of K9 Kennels or if the Product is inserted or installed in a manner not approved by K9 Kennels. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-K9 Kennels products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by use of the Product outside the intended uses described by K9 Kennels; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of K9 Kennels unless otherwise permitted according to K9 Kennels instructions.
This warranty does not apply to bent roof bars or torn canvas due to water or snow overload. It is the owner's responsibility to make sure snow is kept off dog kennel canvas tops. In order for rain or snow run off, the canvas tops must be installed correctly. This includes making sure the canvas is pulled very tightly and secured to every D-ring with a bungee cord or zip tie as set forth in the instructions. Owner must prevent all sagging of the canvas. Sagging canvas causes heavy water puddling or snow accumulation can exceed the weight limit of the roof bars and canvas causing it to collapse.
This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to K9 Kennels; this is your responsibility.
No K9 Kennels reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Implied Warranties. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Limitation of Damages. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, K9 KENNELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Consumer Protection. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.
Governing Law and Arbitration. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Any claim or dispute in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be resolved in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. The arbitration shall be initiated through an established alternative dispute resolution provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The alternative dispute resolution provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online and/or be solely based on written submissions, the specific manner shall be chosen by the party initiating the arbitration; b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If the foregoing arbitration clause does not apply for any reason, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state courts located within Weber County, Utah and the federal courts in Utah for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes, which courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of such claims or disputes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, K9 Kennels may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.
K9 Kennels reserves the right to improve any product through changes in design or materials as it may deem desirable without being obligated to incorporate such changes in products of previous manufacture.
Kennel Behavior. Please be advised that some pets will behave negatively when placed in a kennel/coop/run environment. Your pet's failure to thrive in a kennel is an issue that you should address to your veterinarian. Please ensure that your pet is properly trained and/or appropriate for a kennel/coop/run environment before purchasing a Product from K9 Kennels. Those who own large or aggressive breeds should carefully select the type of dog run that is best suited for these dog breeds. No dog kennel is guaranteed to be escape or tamper-proof. K9 Kennels is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by inadequate training or your pet's behavior.
Be advised that kennels/coops/runs made with Expanded Metal has been known to have some slightly sharp edges that has the potential to cause injury to your pet under certain circumstances. This may concern you if your pet is hyperactive or has behavioral issues that may place your pet at risk of injury in this type of enclosure. If you are concerned for any reason, we recommend that you purchase an enclosure from the Welded Wire series which does not have this issue.
